Privacy policy

Browsing without an account

• You can use the whole guide without an account. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
• We count page visits and page speed without cookies and without personal data.
• When you click a store button we record which racket and store it was, and when. Not who clicked.
• Some pages show banners from partners, marked “Sponsor”. We count how often each banner is seen and clicked, as daily totals, without cookies and without knowing who saw or clicked it.
• When you send a report or a message, or use the Racket Finder's free-text box, your IP address is turned into a one-way code to stop abuse. The address itself is never stored.
• Text you type into the Racket Finder's free-text box is sent to an AI service to fill in the questions. Don't put personal details in it.

If you send us a message

• We keep your name, email, topic and message only to reply, and delete them 12 months after you sent them.
• The contact form uses an automatic check to keep robots out. It doesn't track you and isn't used for advertising.

If you create an account

• You sign in with your Google account through our sign-in provider. It keeps your Google email, name and photo so you can sign in; Padelfitz never shows them.
• We store the username you pick, your playing level, the rackets you save as favorites (private to you), and the reviews you write with their scores, text, status and dates.
• Other players see only your username (in full or masked, your choice per review), the playing level you had when you wrote it, and your approved reviews.
• If you report a review, we keep your report (reason, note and your account) so our admin can check it. The review's author isn't told who reported it. Your reports are deleted with your account.
• Once you sign in, this browser keeps a small note that a member signed in here, so racket pages can show your favorites. It holds no personal data and is removed when you sign out.
• Our admin sees your email only to handle abuse, for example when blocking an account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. Your member data, your reviews and your sign-in account are removed right away.

What stays after deletion

• Your username, as a bare name with no link to you, so nobody can take it later and pass as you.
• Only if your account was blocked for abuse: a one-way code made from your Google account ID, so the same Google account can't sign up again. It can't be turned back into your ID, name or email.

Services we use

We use trusted service providers for hosting, our database, image storage, sign-in, the Racket Finder's AI feature and the contact form's robot check. Each one handles data only to provide that service. Store buttons may be affiliate links; each store has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Most of this you can do yourself on your account page.
